Depaneling Router
The Martintrier R30U is an advanced under-cut inline PCB depaneling machine. This machine eliminates the need for specific jigs, allowing for handling PCBs with a robotic gripper. It is perfect for high-mix environments and a variety of product cases. The unloading location can be configured as flat belt conveyor, pallet/ tray conveyor or customer specific solutions. Additionally, it features cutting point checking and cutting edge compensation through optical inspection, providing an extra layer of accuracy and reliability in operation.

The PCB is gripped by the upper gripper and cut by the underside cutter. No jig (fixture )is required.
Image Orientation Program
PCB is scanned by CCD camera and the fiducial mark and cutting path is just teach on the PCB image
